1. Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to raise.jobs (the “Site”), operated by Raise (collectively, the “Ian Martin Group of Companies”, and the words “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Raise). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and the services we make available through it, including our candidate matching, recruiting, and mobile messaging programs. By accessing the Site, submitting your information, or opting in to receive communications from Raise, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About Raise

Raise is a workforce solutions company connecting candidates and contractors with meaningful work opportunities and supporting clients with recruiting, staffing, and employer-of-record services. Information you provide through the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://raiserecruiting.com/privacy-policy/.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in connection with genuine job search, application, or business activities. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or impersonate any person or entity;
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Site, or attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization;
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users or job postings by automated means without our written permission;
• Use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or any unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or any program for conduct that violates these Terms.

4. Candidate Submissions

When you submit a resume, profile, or application through the Site, you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. You grant Raise permission to use, store, and share that information with prospective employers and clients as described in our Privacy Policy, for the purpose of evaluating and facilitating employment or engagement opportunities. Submitting your information does not guarantee placement, employment, or any particular outcome.

5. Mobile Messaging Terms (SMS & RCS)

This Section 5 governs the Raise text messaging program (“Raise Messaging” or the “Program”). By opting in to Raise Messaging, you agree to the terms below in addition to the rest of these Terms.

5.1 Program Name and Description

Raise Messaging is operated by Raise and is used for recruiting and onboarding communications with candidates, applicants, and contractors who have opted in. Messages you may receive include: job opportunity alerts; application status updates; interview scheduling, confirmations, and reminders; onboarding steps and document reminders; scheduling, timekeeping, and pay-related updates; and related one-to-one recruiting and candidate-support communications.

5.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the stage of your recruiting and/or onboarding process and your interactions with us.

Message and data rates may apply.

5.4 How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to cancel. You can cancel Raise Messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from the Program. You can also opt out of, or back in to, text messages at any time by updating your preferences in your Raise App. To rejoin, simply opt in again as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages to you.

5.5 Customer Care and Managing Your Preferences

For help at any time, reply HELP to any message or email us at support@raise.team. When you reply HELP, we will respond with contact information and instructions on how to use and unsubscribe from the Program. You can also change your preferences in your Raise App at any time to choose whether or not to receive text messages.

5.6 Privacy

Information collected through Raise Messaging is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://raiserecruiting.com/privacy-policy/. Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS/RCS opt-in and consent data, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5.7 Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

5.8 Consent Not a Condition

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment, placement, or use of Raise’s services.

5.9 If Your Mobile Number Changes

If you change your mobile number, please update your preferences or contact us at support@raise.team so we can keep your information current.

5.10 Devices, Channels, and Supported Carriers

Messages may be delivered by SMS or, where your device and carrier support it, by RCS (Rich Communication Services), which may display Raise’s verified sender name and logo along with richer content. Where RCS is not available, messages are delivered by SMS. The Program is supported by major U.S. and Canadian carriers; however, availability and delivery are not guaranteed and may depend on your device, carrier, plan, and settings.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Raise and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our prior written consent, except as reasonably necessary to use the Site for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and Raise Messaging are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raise disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site and the Program, and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or the Program. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Your continued use of the Site or continued participation in Raise Messaging after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
